I am very bullish about using “natural” materials in building design. Laminated wood instantly adds warmth and interest. I welcome anything that adds color, texture, variety to our otherwise oppressive grey clad skyline. While wooden structural support is limited to six stories I’m hopeful that the beauty wood brings to design will inspire more developers to consider it.
