Right next to Jasper Condos and the Milton GO subway station. Site is listed for sale, though I determined that the lot is at present owned by Brookfield Residential.

700 & 706 Main Street East​

Three towers (23, 25 and 27 storeys) totalling 1,009 units with each on its own podium, creating an internal, mid-block courtyard; a proposed Privately-Owned Publicly Accessible Space (POPS); and a strong built form presence at the intersection of Main Street East and the future Wilson Drive extension. Includes 504 square metres of commercial space.

This little section of Milton with its abundance of parking lots and single story commercial, badly needs a plan that both ties it to the existing ‘heritage‘ downtown and obviously the GO station. Currently the maximum OP heights around the GO station are far too low, unless you are recreating that same heritage vibe you find in tHe downtown area. And you are not. Let’s see where this go’s.
