"The City of Toronto would like to announce that twenty-six affordable co-operative homes are opening early 2024. These units will include studios, 1, 2 and 3-bedroom apartments and will have housing charges (rents) ranging from $1,054 to $1,677 per month. The units are subject to the annual Provincial Rent Increase Guideline.


Interested and eligible applicants can register for consideration through an Expression of Interest (EOI) released by Riverdale Co-operative Houses.

The deadline for applications is September 25, 2023, at 4 PM EST."
