High Mast crane rental, as you know, is not cheap. Where time is money, this project is burning through both.

Ok....so I decided to muddle through the permits.........I don't think they have their above-grade permit yet....

..er...but it's already above grade. So I can only assume some kinda work stoppage order is the thing that's afoot here?

I looked for and did not see such an order on the City's site.

I can then only assume that this decision to hold was an internal one...until a proper permit is acquired. Though it does now beg the question to why is The City taking so long to issue one, as I also gather that Cromwell has been given the go ahead to build here in principle. Or am I missing something again?
