Downtown Burlington is really about to pop off with density if these newly proposed condos all get built. It’s nice to see how much the skyline has already grown in the past few years driving over the skyway every day. This one isn’t really going to stand out from that view but it’s probably gonna spark some taller proposals in the Brant core in the coming years.

The area in the renders coloured a lovely green are actually municipal car parks but you can hope.

And I believe this Developement is in line with planning provisions for the area as well. Zoning encourages taller building as you move northwards away from the lake, the older areas of the original settlement areas and closer to the east-west rapid and frequent transit options to Toronto, Hamilton etc. So the GO line…and related bus services, and the QEW.
