Are there two tone of window colours in the first pic? Or am I imagining things?

I believe that it's all the same glass, but it can look different based on its angle, so it reflects different amounts of light towards you and also what other nearby objects may be reflected in each pane, plus since it's only partially reflective and does let light from the interior through, it depends upon how near or far or varied the interior features are as well.
