I don't know about a record..........but there is an article that mentions it this week in Renx:

Good news for the area. That site as it is now is a complete eyesore; also, so glad to eventually no longer see a flag vendor in the parking lot.

Anything is better than what's currently there but that is an amazingly low bar as it is evident in the above massing!
Street level looks decent but the tower portion really needs to be redone.

Flag vendors often also carry knock off soccer jerseys whenever major tournaments come around, and sometimes even fireworks for certain stat holidays!

Having tacky and ugly flags and blankets scattered along the front of a parking lot along a major street trying to sell crap out of a storage container, making the neighbourhood look cheap is not the same as having a pride flag in a profile picture.
