Unlike viewing this development from the west where it will be quite layered, I believe this will look fairly monolithic viewing from the east side.

Where are the windows? Absolutely remarkable that developers can build these buildings so inefficiently (construction-wise). Not installing the windows has cost them weeks and months on the schedule.....

Huge fan of the slab-tower form of this one. I am a sucker for a wide and shallow plate at any height. Looking great so far, the precast is nice.
