(I mean, it could be something else. But I am pretty sure from the looks of it that they didn't place a radio tower in a middle of an excavated construction site instead.)

Bay street was partially closed earlier in the week for the installation as I walked by, most of the truss up by then. Will get a picture next time in the neighbourhood.
