I too miss the auburn. Could use more of the warm/golden colouring in this town, especially come winter when forbidding cool greys take over.

They're allergic to color it seems. Or maybe this is the result when you build projects solely for investors. They don't care about things like that.

Why even bother hiring Foster if you're going to continue to water down the design? Just hire aA to design a boring yet competent slab and just get it over with.

Not sure this is being marketed as an "investor driven" building with prices starting at $3.something million, including excellent interior finishes and unit customizations. These details feel like the opposite of a quick flip to make a easy buck, or a rental unit....

There should be a better way to protect certain areas or buildings. The whole character of Yorkville will simply disappear.
