Essentially it's been given the go-ahead provided that the developers take any measures that a Ciy-approved noise consultant designates need to be made to make noise levels acceptable here beside the 427. There are also a couple of technicals: widen the East Mall sidewalk, and provide a least one packing space per townhome.

While I agree with the general sentiment regarding Holyday, I don't think you can quite pin this urban failure on him.

Drove by it two weeks ago and barely noticed it. It is completely uninspiring.
