Got to laugh as the For Sale Sign is either in the wrong Location or using the wrong Arial map.

The sign is at 2397-2401 Eglinton Ave W, across the street from the Eglinton Caledonia Station, but the property is on the east side of the Barrie Line. Would be a good location for TOD on this site

Found the listing here — https://royallepagecommercial.com/en/available/Details/20272 — at 494-498 Gilbert Avenue. It seems the sign is on Eglinton only for visibility's sake. (I wonder if that's legal.) Anyway, it also seems that this is for sale for $1, so that seems normal.

Maybe run the site to check for any liens or tax arrears.......(debt payable on sale)......

If it comes up clean..........maybe we can go fifty/fifty on the parcel...........I think I have 2 quarters around here somewhere...........

Hmm, need an extra dime or 2.........land transfer tax and all.

Sure, I've got the pocket change to deal with the my share of that, I'm just wondering suddenly if someone else might have a couple pockets' worth of change, outbid us, and that this might just be a normal way of get a bidding war going.
