It is hilarious that the owner of the white rowhouse on the left decided they would rather live next to a crazy construction sight literally around their whole house then cash out. People are peculiar.

I attended the public consultation a few weeks ago. It looks like some of these owners never got an offer by the developers. A few of these owners were saying that it's unfair to them because there's not much they can do with their plots now.

The database has been updated to reflect the latest submission. Changes are as follows:
- The main tower increased from 35-storeys / 119m to 45-storeys / 152m
- The midrise portion shrank from 16 to 12-storeys
- Total residential units increased from 588 to 710
- Total vehicular parking increased from 152 to 225
- Total bicycle parking increased from 714 to 720
- Underground levels increased from 2 to 3
