I called and had a booster within 18 hours. There was zero line to get it either. The complete opposite of the first dose hunger games.
This is not the thread for it, but that is definitely not most people's experience. Most that I know are doing (or have done) a lot of legwork to get their booster shot scheduled. A few like you are getting lucky!

Site Plan Approval application submitted on December 17:

4926 BATHURST ST
Ward 6: York Centre

Site Plan Approval - Development of a new 26-storey building with residential area of 20275 sq.m. and street-related commercial, with a non-residential GFA of 920sq.m.

…and at last week's City Council, they did vote to send the City Solicitor off to the OLT hearing to oppose this. No indication of when the hearing is scheduled (the OLT still hasn't worked out how to present new appeals on their website since June of last year).

So it got chopped down to 24 storeys and 1 fewer level of underground parking but has it been approved now?

Now that it's been about 2 1/2 months since it was approved, I have been wondering when we can expect to see the gas station closing/Tim Hortons. The development at Bathurst and Wilson has already begun demolition, but I'm not sure when its project will get going. There is a question about the clean-up process with the ground underneath the gas station. A planning friend of mine informed me that it might be a long process (10 years lol). I am not sure what to believe. Also, I cannot find any reference to the project by IBI group or Portal developments beyond the application and schematics.

So staff wrangled the height down, the project was approved; but the dev snuck the height back in (and then some) through COA. Staff must be pissed LOL. Granted, they shouldn't have wasted everyone's time fighting for TWO FLOORS.
