This is interesting. There are a great couple of blocks of independent businesses, including a good breakfast place with Eggs Benny, that will benefit from a couple hundred more residents. Plus this isn’t far from Mimico.

That's a more reasonable approach to density here on Royal York, as opposed to the fortress proposal immediately north of this site.
