Interesting, this is clearly modular housing from the City's affordable housing program.

But the project is not yet listed on the City's page for the Modular Housing Initiative.

But, there is a City project page for it here:

Modular Housing units are starting to be installed on-site, expect that it will continue over the next few weeks -- and that there will be at least one photo-op with local and federal politicians when the crane is in action...

This assembly is going much slower than is supposed to happen on a Modular Housing project. Things taking weeks, that usually take days..?

No idea why this site is now approaching 2-MONTHS on just the on-site assembly part of the modular construction..?

On other sites at this kind of scale, assembly of the units has only taken about 2-weeks.

This weekend was the AFFORDABLE HOUSING SUMMIT 2024 at University of Toronto Scarborough Campus, this Modular-Housing site was the final-stop on our volunteers' 3-hour Sunday morning "Affordable Housing Development Bus Tour" for Conference attendees. We met with Deputy Mayor Jennifer McKelvie as this Supportive Housing site is in her local Ward...
