Yes and no. Because this is a rental building which Bentall will retain, they care most about suite layout, durability of finish, and user experience. My understanding is that they work from the inside out, and while it's unfortunate that the outside then seems to suffer, at least the user experience is better than most condos.

...not to put words into our crocodilia sage's mouth here, but I suspect from previous posts that this does not excuse bad actors in the architecture industry. But rather instead, it does say a lot about the developers who keep hiring them. >.<
