So, above was an offer from the developer to extend the lease of the Phoenix until January '25........(how generous)

There is an attached Zoning by-law which is what the developer is seeking City support for at OLT.

I assume this is the same as what was recommended to Council but have not verified that beyond the 42s height remaining.

This was adopted at Council and will now presumably be settled at the currently scheduled June 6th CMC. (if converted to a settlement hearing)

Apparently a new location is under discussion is under discussion, but not yet a done deal.
