How do these pics differ from the ones you posted in May?

They're from the UT database, which look to correspond with a document resubmission in June 2022, referenced in Art Tsai's post above. The images are also larger and higher definition when viewed on a computer, as they're gathered from the city's application website instead of Plaza's. The second rendering from my post today was also previously not shown or made available yet in the past.

The height changed from 38.35m to 39.65m. The total unit count changed from 98 units to 101 units.
