The former MEC site in Downtown Toronto is soon to be redeveloped with a 49-storey condo tower from Plaza, named for its address at 400 King West. We're getting a preview of the BDP Quadrangle-designed tower's U31-designed interiors through a new presentation centre in the existing building.
