3899-3901 Highway 7: a proposed 38, 35, 32, 32, 28 & 8-storey miced-use condo, office, live/work retail and public space development designed by Varacalli (Varchitecture) & Cusimano (Studio 185) for ARG Group (operating as "Gallu Construction") on the south side of Highway 7, east of Whitmore Road and west of Nova Star Drive in Vaughan's Pine Valley Business Park.

There is comical levels of density being proposed here for a BRT route.

Increasingly I think that Vaughan should be planning for some sort of people-mover system to service this area if this level of growth is really going to happen.

This is like the 905 equivalent of the Golden Mile where there's 35,000 units planned next to the above-ground section of Line 5.
 
Yeah the same poor rationale is being used for the large proposal eastward on 7 at Bathurst. The BRT isn't even good, with low frequency and no signal priority.

All that means is that there is lots of room for frequency increases - but this would result in most ridership on the BRT going basically 2 stops from the TTC station to here.

At least fare-integration is finally happening which will make people more likely to make the 2 stops.. but still, you'll end up in a scenario where there is huge passenger demand on like 5% of the line and the rest of the line running basically empty.
