Nice to see the wood accents at the doorways… but that concrete wall at the curb? Awful! I wonder if the City could find a way to demand that anything left as naked concrete be either a higher than normal quality mix, or maybe that it be textured through board-forming… and I wonder if this condo will do something about how terrible this looks once they've got enough money in the kitty.

Never understood this "style" of having bare concrete like some kind of design. Just looks unfinished and the builder looks lazy. They could have covered he front in brick or something else

Even painting it a dark colour would help so you don't noticed the storm drain streaks as much. All in all great infill design project, just the concrete out front bringing it down.
Patterns/texturing as @interchange42 suggested could also have alleviated the bare condition
