I thought they were further along than the photo you posted. I saw machinery and retaining walls being built!

Looks like Freed have paused on further excavation work. I've passed by and the condition of the site is honestly not much different from the November/December photos posted previously.
 
Thanks for posting! I’m so fed up with the waiting of this project to get started that I haven’t come to visit for a long while!
 
This building is a disappointment for the Davenport area. The detailing in this building looks plain and cheap looking. As seen in the photosup above.

What is taking them so long? Now that everything is so quiet with Covid-19, builders should be taking advantage of the fact that they could have fewer disruptions when excavating! They should start digging already! I’m sure all the buyers are as angry as me!!!! This project is such a disappointment!!!

I think you are just upset about the project not progressing (as we all are ) but how can you tell that it is cheap looking when there is nothing there from which to judge? There are no details in the above pictures.
