Toronto 3429 Bloor Street West | 51.67m | 14s | Verve | Giannone Petricone

Hadn't heard this. Any element(s) in particular?
The sum total of what it says in his current newsletter is this…

3429 Bloor Street West Development Application - 18 Storeys
Beer Store site Green Lanes/Islington

Councillor Justin Di Ciano does not support the application in its current form.
Councillor Justin Di Ciano will be hosting a community meeting.
Details will be advised on our website, in our E-News and hand delivered to the immediate neighbourhood.
…so I suppose we have to wait for more details on his website or in his next newsletter, but yup, I assume it's the height.

This was appealed to the OMB on November 10, one day after the last post.

Settlement offer. Pleased to see the other tiny property on the block has been purchased, it would have been impossible to develop later. Height reduced from 18 to 14 storeys but GFA hasn't changed too much with the additional property. Unfortunate the office component was eliminated and that there isn't more than 1 retail unit.

A new rendering is updated in the database! Several projects' information is updated in the database. The overall height changed from 70.10m to 51.67m. The overall total unit count decreased from 154 units to 150 units. Finally, the overall parking spots increased from 53 parking spaces to 57 parking spaces.

The renderings are taken from the architectural plan via the Site Plan Approval:
