After appealing its applications, the developer engaged in Tribunal-assisted mediation, which led to a settlement between the developer and the City of Mississauga involving a scaled-back proposal for two towers of 30 and 33 storeys, including design modifications to facilitate an alternative transition to the surrounding area. The revised proposal is required to provide a minimum of 1,790 square metres of office space
