Have you been to Bathurst and Wilson lately? Little Manila in full bloom. Quite vibrant in a suburban strip mall kind of way.

Not even sure it's worth trying to animate at this point.
Very little worthwhile retail in the area, and anything new that pops up is low quality or a weed store.

In fairness, the few times I'm on Wilson I never go east of Allen. know there is a rapidly growing Filipino community in the area. I will be sure to check it out.
