That'll be quite a good vantage point once On The GO is a few storeys above ground!

Depending on weather, the building should be at grade in March or April finally.

Shocked......

I knew there was push back but very surprised. I wonder how 6 Loyd will turn out now.

Ay yay yay yay. Sorry to hear that. With the eco features in this building like the geothermal heating and cooling system being put in under the building, I always thought these guys had the right intentions, but they certainly got caught up in some sticky political messes over their projects, and annoyed the local historical society with the incomplete restoration of the old train station which they used as the sales centre here…

I was glad when work on this re-started last year, but it seems they bit off more than they could chew.

Craziest MLS listing I've ever seen.

Client Remks:Land Offered For Sale Under Court-Approved Sale Process Subject To Terms & Conditions Available From The Receiver. All Offers Will Be Considered By Receiver On Individual Basis When Received. All Appointments Must Be Arranged Through The Receiver. For More Information About This Listing, More Photos & Appointments, Please Click "Go To Listing" Button In The Realtor.Ca Desktop Version, Or Click The Multimedia Button In Mobile Device App.Extras:Vacant Land Has Not Been Assessed For The Taxes Yet.

Look honey it's a bit of a fixer up. What do you think?

The lender has pulled out apparently and there are plenty of lean on the project. I would imagine if anyone buys this land they would relaunch the project than keep the existing contracts, especially given the increase in condo prices.

Surprise surprise.. Councillor Grimey of Eau du Soleil fame, has also endorsed this development via a video advertisement/appearance.

I hope he gets sued for being involved in this. What if one of those buyers decided to purchase based on the councillor's endorsement? This is why you don't work for developers.. There is a reason why this is considered a conflict of interest.
