Yeppers. But it doesn't appear at http://app.toronto.ca/AIC/index.do, which was my point. This newer tool was announced by the city as superseding the older tool, and I use the newer tool for my job-related weekly reviews of development activity in Scarborough. I was relying on the city's implied assurance that the newer tool is complete and accurate, and if a project is missing from the newer tool's database I have no way of knowing until it gets written up in Urban Toronto or comes to my attention some other way. Hence my .
