Good to see more units in proximity to high park but what an inefficiecnt use of space. I lived in a few buildings like this in Edmonton and I can guarantee that nobody will be using that "backyard" space. God forbid we have efficient land use.

Mediocre architecture but a net gain for me as it provides more density while replacing an inconsequential older house here.
