It's nice to see a comeback of early 20th century art deco style buildings. To replace the old brick building in the downtown core. Especially on the Spadina Ave corridor keeping that old rustic vibe feel alive lol!

I'm just praying this one isn't value engineered, especially those decorative panels between the windows. I'm being cautiously optimistic here, if built as rendered it may become one of my favourite buildings of this cycle.
