I don't want to knock rental and/or affordable rental housing that';s badly needed, but let's pretty please do some rethinking on the miserable aesthetic here...........ugh!
 
This is looking prefab with containers similar to the project on Augusta.
 
Looks very institutional/military... like stacked barracks or a squat bunker. Not terribly inspiring. That part of town deserves better than this arid, forlorn proposal.
