Aerial of site as it is, the right-hand side of the existing apartment is a City Park so I will assume this is to the left west of the existing building.

This is a block north of Eglinton Avenue and immediately east of Midland Avenue, so this is a five minute walk from Kennedy TTC/GO station.

In the orbit of a new-fangled Kennedy Station which has gone from a terminal station of one line to an interchange hub of two lines and a GO stop. Also it seems to be proposed as infill to an existing tower. Finally there are about 94 parking spaces in underground parking, unimaginable 10 years ago.

An update with some recent movement here:
Zoning was approved in 2022. Minor Variance requesting height was approved in Jan 2024. Changes below:
  • Storeys increased from 25 to 27
  • Height increased from 73.45 to 89.6m
  • Total units increased from 263 to 341
Rendering of new 27-storey design:

Did they maintain the same "Affordable Housing" ratio when the site increased in height and units..?

How many "Affordable Housing" units - are in the new agreement - and for how many years of affordability..?

58 affordable (same as previous), but an increase of market-rate units from 205 to 283.

This one gets an incidental mention in a RENX article:
