The point of setbacks is to preserve the usability of public parks. Disagree that they're bad for society
The overwhelming majority of setbacks/stepbacks in this city involve stepping back the building from the yellowbelt (low rise residential) and not parks. I can appreciate the desire to step back (transition) from a park but the stepbacks from the yellowbelt are ridiculous, and the city is starting to realize it, that's why they're currently reviewing the transition performance standards. https://secure.toronto.ca/council/agenda-item.do?item=2023.PH4.7

I will say the cladding colour looks very different depending on the light. These pics were taken at the same time but to me one looks bright orange vs. almost pink.

The quality looks good (very minor oil canning) and I think it’s going to be a striking building.
