This is one of those construction sites that look like it'll lag around for a while longer. They've tarped up the sides but I don't expect much activity to be done throughout the winter. Just hope this doesn't end up too schlocky.

This one has taken forever! On the bright side, based on the window configurations it looks like the design has changed since the early renders posted a few years ago. Curious to see how the facade shapes up.

Yeah, it does look noticeably different from what that older rendering had depicted. And from the general read of things, I'd imagine they'd be skipping out on any ornate mansard roofing. The end result could still disappoint of course, but hey any multi-unit residential housing instead of single mega home is a small drop-in-the-bucket win.
