The pic says it all, but this looks dead. Preeminent Dev's website is also no longer functioning or hosted.
 
Disappointing, however theres no chance this lot will sit empty forever. Maybe a new owner will propose a proper midrise as we have seen in Mimico and Long Branch. Would to a lot to kick start the conversion of this very sleepy stretch of Lakeshore

Yep, the development pressure would be much better directed at out of scale detached homes on Lake Shore, instead of mass renter displacement that would occur if the large apartment complexes in the area are to be redeveloped. Last year whispers of development at Mimico Estates came up again but seemed to have died down.
