Lambton is on fire!!

Looks like there might be some heritage lurking under that disfigured façade - I hope there's an effort to revitalize it. Also, we really need a project along this stretch that incorporates some retail spaces.

Making sure the strip from Prince Edward to Royal Rork ramps is retail lined would be great. Not sure how much space the local market can support but if it's sporadic and not continuous, it won't be easy. Thankfully that northside project (former Rona) is including retail at grade as a good precedent to follow.

Thankfully that project isn't by Dunpar, which likely explains that that was taken into consideration.

We live right next to this site. Trying to figure out whether to live with it, or move. Would anyone be able to estimate how long a project like this will take to build?

No new renderings are updated in the database. There is project information updated in the database. The total building height for the 10-storey condominium building changed from 39.01m to 37.80m. The total unit count increased from 138 units to 151 units. Finally, total parking spaces decreased from 218 to 169 parking spaces.

New rendering was taken from the architectural plan via Rezoning. The only change is the total car parking increased from 169 car parking to 174 car parking.

Site is fenced off and the first of the three extant buildings has already been demolished. Hooray for another Dunpar “masterpiece” ravaging the neighborhood…
