Nipigon is the first street south of Steeles, running east from Yonge.

There's lot of objections.....but key bits include, too tall, floor plate too large, stepbacks inappropriate, too windy/hostile to pedestrians/amenity users and requires off-site parkland dedication.

The houses will all be leaving.

I'm reffering to 8-24 Nipigion, there's other ones for that? Considering I don't see any threads on it but OBVIOUSLY from what I know not all development proposals are listed on here

UT doesn't miss many; but in general, to get on the map, it has to have an official application or at least have public confirmation from a developer.

But just because it hasn't been announced doesn't mean its not coming.

Alright, thought you we're implying there's already a development proposal. I would think that eventually those houses would also be torn down for another project.

And yes UT gets most but obviously they need to be added by one of you guys. But you guys do a good job keeping up, I can't say. I just look through here every now and then to see what's going to happen to my city, LOL!
