Bizarre that there is no signs yet of leasing activity for this project, with it being so near to completion.

Finally noticed a For Lease sign on the building but still nothing on the Cromwell website.

I say that because Cromwell now has leasing for this on their website, with occupancy June 1st, 2024:

This building is very much complete and it was nice building from the outside. but woah the rent what's going on.....
