No immediate concrete plans, AFAIK.
As per commentary here from 2017, that land is owned by St. Mike's:

Today. Mechanical level in progress. Neither cranes seen here are assisting the construction. The one in the foreground belongs to JAC Condos and the one that appears to be sitting on top of the building is actually much further south, one of CIBC Square south tower’s.
