Great proposal. Looks like it'll be the following unit breakdown
1-Beds: 8 Units, roughly 500SF
2-Bed + Den: 4 Units (though it looks more like two 1 bed + 2 dens, as one of the 'dens' is in the basement in the middle of the property, then 2 proper 2+ dens), roughly 900sf
3-Bed: 4 Units, roughly 900SF
Not a bad mix for that location

Great! Has the single stair is been resolved yet?

Not sure what the single stair was to be honest, but it seems that every unit has an entrance to the outside - there are a lot of side and back entrances. The 2/3 bedroom units are on the second/third floor, so there seems to be an internal staircase to access them

This is superb high design especially compared to the simpler multi unit being built at 50 McGee St. This is gorgeous and we need more of it

No, single stairs are not permitted.
Nor should they be, as I've outlined, perpetually.
