Located on the northwest corner of Confederation and Queensway, across from Mississauga Hospital. In January 2022, Kaneff proposed to the city a 40 storey mixed-use development to with 570 new rental units and over 1,300 square metres of office/commercial space. The existing 17 storey apartment would remain.
