124 parking spots for 83 dwelling units?! And four level underground parking garage!? What? This building will be a 3 minute walk to Runnymede subway station. Why does it need all that parking?

Sorry, I know I'm really slow in answering this, but…

This building has been planned for a long time now, but has gone nowhere, and those parking numbers still reflect a time when the City had parking minimums all across the city, no matter where the building was located. I assume that when a redevelopment here gets going again, that they will cut the number of parking spaces dramatically. Not only are those numbers higher than they'd be able to sell (parking spots are expensive to build, and get more expensive with every level down that they have to go), the City won't even want that many themselves now. The numbers will definitely get cut!
