Based on the SPA resubmission last month the height of this building will be 192M, 59 storeys incl. mechanical penthouse/rooftop garden. Will this be updated in the thread title?

The thread title has been updated - thank you for the notice to do so! It reads 193 metres, however, as it is rounding up from 192.7 m, and 58 storeys as we do not count mechanical levels in the total.

That's quite a jump in height, perhaps the lots on the south corners at Eglinton will get the height they're seeking after all.

Yes, 56, and 180.85 metres. With only two more floors but 12 metres higher, I wonder if every floor is getting slightly high ceilings. Or maybe a grander ground floor? Or maybe there's more mechanical in that MPH? We shall see…
