Sublime. What I'd do for more greystone multi-unit infill in the city. Increased use of architectural screens would be very much welcomed as well. The only thing that's not to my liking is the poured concrete wall by the stoop, which seems out of step with the rest of the building.

Kudos to the builder for producing something so beautiful and metropolitan.
