It already is. Look at how they are using flat glazing for the rounded curves. If you can't afford curves, don't fake it.

Much better looking building absolutely stunning and very different for the area wich is needed. The curves and stacking effect are a neat look also. If it ends up actually being a vibrant blue glass as the rendering suggests, then it could potentially be a beauty. Far better design then the last. Shorter maybe, but far better looking, and adds a change to the cities repetitive looking towers we have seen thus far. Huge fan of this and hope it dose not change one bit. Change is a good thing. Will kinda tie in with Mervish towers to if they stick to that rippled effect down it.

How can so many forumers find this stunning?!? I'm trying to be more accepting of other's opinions. This is just so bad. This could even be the all time worse. Liking the curvaceous form is one thing. Maybe you're only looking at one tier too. Finding it spectacular crosses the line. How can we expect the rest to have standards if we as group don't.

This looks like a quick massing model made of at least 3 tower designs someone at Kirkor pulled from their dust covered unbuilt server.

I think people are conflating "flashy" and "good". This design is flashy. It is not good. And there is zero chance that it will actually get built.

No it probably will not be built however we are all entitled to our opinions so let's not knock each other for them. If one hates or likes a building they are entitled to express that. But repeated being negative isn't appreciated by any on here.
