Well the redevelopment of this site was inevitable. Hopefully they propose something that will have attractive grade level retail.

I was expecting a more ambitious proposal as well. One item of concern is the Phase II.....it was completed to CSA standards and no O.Reg. This property will need to be filed for RSC, so I expect some delays on that front.

The local councilor will still raise a hellstorm over it probably. If I was a developer I would have proposed 30 and settled for 20.

That would be my approach as well - the developer left a lot on the table.
