Proposed two-phase, multi-use residential and office development proposed for the northeast corner of County Court Blvd (north intersection) and Hurontario Street, across the street from the Peel Courthouse. The tallest building, on the southwest corner of the site, will be the tallest, with office uses on the lower levels, replacing existing offices on site. Three other high-rise towers are proposed, as well as two 5-storey stacked townhouse buildings on the east end of the site, closer to existing townhouse and detached houses. There's a LRT stop planned right at the corner, though it's a shame an older Brampton Council screwed up the LRT into the Downtown core for the easy GO connection (only 2 or 3 councillors are left from that era, thankfully).

A total of 1610 residential units are planned, along with 1090 sq m of retail and 6630 sq m of office space. This is already in the zoning bylaw amendment phase, so it's well advanced. There will be fewer parking spaces than the total number of residential units, per modern Brampton standards in transit oriented development areas.

The heights of the two 35 storey towers in the database seem a little off. Only 92.7 metres? Most 35 floor buildings are in the 110 to 120 metre range.
