Also, are we seriously still doing shower curtain rods in new builds? What happened to glazing in the shower? See-through or opaque as your family rolls............

agreed, the full glass bedroom is so strange - I guess it's so they can count this as a '2 bed unit' without having proper windows

What's wrong with shower curtain rods? By the way it's nice seeing the toilet moved away from the tub. Always hated being eye level with the throne when I'm washing up.

Saying this as someone who has one...........
Slightly more prone to leaks/floods by people not realizing if the curtain/liner is in or out of the tub when they turn the shower on............
Higher routine maintenance costs, (curtain replacement, but also laundering)
Most shower curtain designers have terrible taste; and one must spend far too much time scouting out something classy that goes with your black and white bathroom theme!
