Another supertall for Toronto!

This is over 300 metres, and it should be nearly the same height as The One, but it appears to be quite a bit shorter. So, this is the 338 metre version of The One in the renders.

Its design? Meh. Worthy of a background building around Jarvis and Dundas.

Interesting. A clear extension of what Reserve is doing with 8 Elm - this will clearly not be a high end building with that unit count (relatively).

Also - love it that there are 46 residential parking spaces for 1,262 units here. A rate of just 0.03 / unit!

They are going to really get push back on those tower separations here. That's definitely where the battle will be. I'm generally fine with reduced tower separations in the right context, but this one is *especially* tight with 15 metres for 301 metres vertical from 1 Bloor West and also 15 metres from 35 Balmuto.

Yeah, that's a pretty tight cluster. The design is not thrilling me at the moment but it's not offensive either.

The docs say 301.8 metres exclusive of mechanical penthouse so if that angled crown does indeed contain the mech penthouse ... could be taller. Have to wait and see...

The elevation I looked at showed 301.8 to the top of the mph.

Love skyscrapers but too close to The One at that hieght. Keep the hieght and make it a little slimmer lol!

i like the height and slant roof. design is decent for a 150- 200m tower but for a 300m tower they need to work on it a bit more.

The white metal panels are going to stand out a lot next to the warmer / concrete tones of the surrounding buildings (1 Bloor West, 2 Bloor West and Manulife Centre)
