I'm glad to see the intensification, but they are underperforming here: there's still a bizarrely huge amount of open space left on this site overall, and I have no idea why they aren't planning for at least three towers along the south side instead of the two they are planning there now.

Hmmm.

I went to Missisauga's mapping tool.

I took an aerial screenshot of the site.

I measured the width of one existing building.

Then took measures for distance to different lot lines.

Of note, the property is 2 different lots legally.

The new building(s) appear to straddle across the lot line.

If they created an E-W wall across the south end of site, they are leaving 70M on the table.

If Building C were shifted 22.5M to the east; there would appear to be room for a paralell building 'E'. running perpendicular to 'D'
